The items ordered do not meet your expectations and you would like to return them?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to complete the return.

The returned items must be intact, in their initial states, without having been damaged, stained, washed, modified or worn, with the original packaging and any accessories relating to the products, such as packaging, labels or instructions for use, and the original invoice.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days.

The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order: You will be refunded the amount of the returned items.

Sale or promotional items are not taken back or traded.

We do not make standard exchanges.

For a new size, model or color, simply re-order from our e-shop.

Returning an item - How does it work?

- Once the return form has been received, we will send you a Bpost return label via email.

- Please stick it in a visible way on your parcel and simply place it in a post office.

Very important! Keep your parcel proof of deposit carefully until you receive confirmation of return from our services.

This receipt serves as proof of return of your parcel.

We will make every effort to process your return as soon as possible.
